Modern slavery statement

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Jolley Sports Management condemns slavery in all its forms, and we commit ourselves to zero tolerance of all forms of slavery and human trafficking. We expect all our suppliers, clients and business partners to also adopt a zero-tolerance approach.

Jolley Sports Management commits itself to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all of its business dealings and relationships and to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place anywhere within either our business or in any of our partners or suppliers. We also commit Jolley Sports Management to remain consistent with its obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
